The cylinders are manufactured to BS1566:2002 (Part L).  Telford incorporated an header tank on top of the cylinder to remove the need for a feed tank in the roof space, thus improving free space in the roof, cutting down on installation times and also the ease of installation.

The insulation of the division between the two water sections ensures that heat transfer from the bottom to the top is down to a minimal and will then easily meet the requirements of BS3198:1981 Standards.

• Cylinders are not supplied with immersion heaters
• Made for use on an open-vented system in electric only applications
• Two side entry immersion heater connections are fitted as standard to maximize the use of Economy tariff electricity
• Insulation thickness is 50mm adding an extra 100mm to the diameter adding an extra 100mm to the diameter
• Vented cylinder come with a 10 year guarantee from the manufacturer

Please note: All our Direct combination cylinders come with two side immersion bosses and can be used with economy 7.
